Supported living services

As the UK’s leading independent provider of support for people with learning disabilities, complex needs, autism and mental health conditions, Willow Tree Support is on hand to help you with individual needs.

Willow Tree Support’s Supported Living Division is registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC), operating across England.

All of our innovative services are focused on supporting people to be as independent as possible within their own homes and in their local community. It is our aim to support individuals in achieving their goals, believing passionately that every person, regardless of the challenges they face, can accomplish extraordinary achievements with just the right support. Willow Tree Support believes that everyone has the right to individually tailored support, whether they need 4:1 staffing or a few hours a week to be supported with their tenancy.

Developing independence skills
We support and encourage individuals with everyday tasks, including personal care, housing related tasks, household chores, grocery shopping and managing their money. We make it possible for people to access local facilities such as leisure centres and libraries, as well as helping them to fulfill their education or employment wishes. We are also able to plan and support people to go on holidays, trips to the theatre, football matches etc.

We understand that people may wish to use a personal budget, direct payment or Self Directed Support (Scotland) to pay for Willow Tree Support staff to provide support. We are able to work with individuals and their advocates to ensure that this is set up to meet the person’s needs.

Individual tailored support
Everything we do at Willow Tree Support is guided by the people who use our services, so the support we offer is completely dependent on the needs of each individual. We offer a flexible and person-centred approach to allow us to align our services to meet the unique needs of the people we support. We will ensure right from the beginning that you will know what we will do to support you and our responsibilities to you, which can include helping you with setting up your home and gaining a tenancy.

We have an enthusiastic and highly trained staff team who work together to ensure that we provide consistency, continuity and quality support; this helps people to develop and grow in order to reach their full potential. We ensure that the support focuses on giving people a real choice on what they want to do with their lives, how they want to do it and in a way that promotes participation, presence and inclusion.

At Willow Tree Support, we support all aspects of daily life including:
